Only Low Power requires the fitting of usable pedals, with the proviso that the device can only reach 16mph unassisted.

Thanks Wiggie! Fortunately OR unfortunately we get to go state by state Which makes more problems than its worth...And we have less options.

I'm gonna start looking around for a Standard Twin this summer, got some ideas rattling around upstairs and it's starting to get annoying.
