Anyone who has tried to put a clutch or pully on a Predator knows that is a PIA. The pto shaft is 16mm(.630") and the bore of pullies ect is .625".
Some have used dremels ect on the bore, some file or sand down the shaft.
The right and easy way to make it fit is with a chucking reamer . I bought a 16mm reamer on Ebay for 14 bux including shipping.
I used a lathe to ream my clutch with the reamer in the tailstock chuck, but a drill press or even a hand drill and vise would also work.
After a pass with the reamer, I could tap the clutch on and off with a plastic hammer.
