I love your set up. I see you are using the Predator carburetor and was wondering if you removed the govenor and/or made any changes to the carb other that the setup for the throttle?
Do you have any pictures of your jackshaft on the bike? I am running a Huffy rear hub (single speed) with a bracket for the chain sprocket on the left side of the rear wheel.
I will probably be running this exhaust I have off of a mini chopper.
