from a HS 49cc to a HF 79cc and I'm getting the ez tranny to go with it.
one question, comparing the specs I have to ask, If the HS has a max
rpm of 6800 and the HF has a max rpm of 3600 then why the need for
a bigger rear sprocket? doesn't bigger rear sprocket mean slower speed?
and feel free to be technical.
oh and one thing I love right off the bat, $100 for the engine with
2 YEAR free replacement

the 79ccHF engine is limited to 3600 by the governor if removed ti will rev to 5500-6000

you dont need a bigger sprocket than a HS a 56T will work just fine

im planing a 99cc build with a Ebay motor i won im doing a 48t or 56t rear sprocket and AGKs jack shaft kit i just need to finish saving for parts and find a bike to put it in i dont want to take my 66cc apart unless i have to :)

Ah I'm going to find that governor and get rid of it, the reason I'm asking
is my current new build is an HS with 44 tooth I was hoping just to switch motors what do you think? oh and now that the HS is broken in it get's
drained and stored, maybe

the EZM drive is designed to use a 56 tooth at the minimum
that should be in the 40+mph range easily
my bike is very heavy (approx 130lbs) and can hit 35mph almost at will with a 72 tooth

the low rpm version of the drive uses a larger front pulley to compensate for the lower rpm's and allow the clutch to spin at correct speed for engagement

the chain drive you are using now is geared totally differnt and can use a smaller sprocket

if you can make it out to FH, my offer of a test ride is always open ;)

the governor and throttle hook up are easily done (I did mine with only one eye and basic hand tools laff)

Thanks bill when I get a chance I'll take you up on that.
I've got everything for another kit including a HD axle
so I guess it's a new build then, great! Not even done with this one yet LOL

the EZM for a predator is different from the one for the HS it is supposed to be used with a variable sized pulley one that you can adjust the size to the engine to make the 56T work with the 79 or 99 predator i found that out from the guys at EZM
