Tired Of Street Signs Yelling At You?

LOL, just saw a news story tonight about that. Denver is already changing their signs "to allow the aging population to read them better" was the reason given. My conclusion is if you can't read upper case then what makes the government think you'll be able to read the same sign in lower case? For crying out loud...bring back driver tests performed before a driver's license is issued/renewed. I don't know about other states but Colorado allows renewals on-line...how does that prove driver proficiency? If a driver's license was as difficult to get as a private pilot's license there'd be far fewer idiots driving cars. Driving a motor vehicle is not a right...it's an earned privilege...or it used to be.
