Suicide Clutch for 4 stroke

I am trying to find somebody that has installed a suicide clutch ???
Anyone ???

A four stroke has a centrifugal clutch built in so.... Its not really suicide ??? right ???haha
You would have to engage the motor one handed but would be able to stop with the break and have the centrifugal clutch disengage for you. Once stopped you can disengage the suicide shifter ???

any thoughts ???
