My Clutch Plate Cover started to rattle especially in high rpm and I can't figure out why. The block is basically still new and the clutch is perfectly tight adjusted (just did it again when the problems started).

is this a known problem? Clutch works like a charm.

are all the covers tight on both sides sounds like something is loose somewhere i would go over every bolt and nut if thats not it i would put some quality grease in between the gears in the clutch side.

I dont mean the cover of the case, I mean the round clutch plate (its called clutch plate cover on websites).

the covers of the case are tight and the clutch is tight too but in higher rpm's the plate is vibrating.

that's normal. you've got all these unbalanced things spinning around, and they tend to vibrate, move, make noise, and annoy you.

shouldn't be a problem as long as the flower nut's not loosening up and the set screw stays locked in.
