Need to know where to buy rims like these...

I linked the slide show @ 2:07 in (look at the yellow bike and the wonderfully thick rims). I've gone to the website (PimpGarage.com) already only to find out it is basically an overseas Chubbys without these rims available. Can anybody help me these rims???

Edit - Are these motorcycle rims perhaps?
