Locking clutch handle for right side

My friend Corinne, is now riding her new MB even though she only has one hand. I made her a locking right hand clutch handle out of parts I found at the hardware store. My design is an improvment over the stock handle, because it holds the lever open slightly more than the stock handle. This results in less drag from the clutch.



This is how we machine a part in the ghetto. This was the hardest part. I had to machine the pin to be thin enough so the lever would close. There was very little room for error, and took me 3 tries to get one right







Now it operates exactly like the stock lever

Cool... love to see people makeing what they got work. I use my cordless to spin cutoff bolts on grinder ,my buddy thought I was nuts!, works great . Looks better then stock end . Your a good friend to help fellow rider PROPS
