Here's another pipe I whipped up out of found metal (table legs)

It's nice and quiet and sounds like a motorcycle now. Power is slightly better, but not much.

Now that's cool. I really like the tapered look, and it's chrome.
Thanks for sharing. Great idea.

Now we gotta get you into TIG welding so you can make tiny attractive welds :)

I've been welding 35 years. Those welds are ugly. I'm telling people I did it with a coathanger and an extention cord. Seriously,I need a bigger welder.

I love it .. awsome idea . Do you think that you are getting any expansion chamber effect from the back cone ?
Kinda curious since its after the muffler , but I,m thinking you probably get a bit more high end with the long pipe .

just tell them you trail welded them with some 6011 rods, a truck battery and some jumper cables lol. pretty good looking exhaust tho.

Diceman2004, a longer pipe helps lower end power, a shorter pipe helps high end power.

Very little power difference, but it does seem to have a sweet spot now where there is much less four-stroking, so it's obviously having some scavenging effect even though the cones are so small. All I know is it sounds much better than the conduit did.
