I need to know

I found 2 trek 700 bikes today.They have 700x350 tires,has anyone used this bike for a build.80CC fits perfect.HD

Did it have the 700c tires.I found 2 at 15.00 each in mint shape.The old man had 1/2 of a semi full of old bikes,he said he has had them for years.I also got a schiwnn ladys bike with the tank and headlights still on it.15.00. Like the old story about the vintage car in the barn.I made him a offer on the other 25 or 30.HD
