Here's a photo.

You can use 'em on either side to offset the tensioner a little too.



Way better than tape or rubber!

I had never seen one of those.... I'll have to pick up a few to see how the work on stuff.

They give the tank a little more bite too.

Make 'em with a vise and a ball peen hammer- just don't forget your eye protection and watch the boys too....don't ask me how I know.:eek:

....so Dis you guys make these washers, or can I pick some up at a hardware store? I'm doing my first build this weekend and I'm concerned about this tensioner. Thanks!

I got them with a charcol grille and they were left overs. I have seen them at Home Depot or Lowe's.

You can, however just run a small drill through the tensioner and chainstay (one side of the tubing only, please) and put in a self tapping screw to keep it from shifting around.
