I have a couple of ideas for a gas tank that are a little out of the ordinary and wondering if they'll work. I did a quick search and didn't come up with much, so here goes.
Basically, I want to use a glass bottle or something similar for a gas tank. Do the gas tanks need a vent of sorts or could I run a line out of the cap, into a filter and then into the carb? It seems like the tank needs some air for the gas to continue to leak the gas out or should I be fine?
I know the glass isn't safe, especially with the vibration. But depending on what I use, I may not have the option of adding a gas cap.

OK, so pardon my lack of exact facts on the subject but, there is an artist that built a motorized bike from the ground up. It definately needs ventilation to work, and it needs to be suspended like the egg I dropped of of the Gym in school, only mine survived.
