What is the standard thickness for a 80cc base gasket? Also, does anyone have a template they wanna share?

I am looking to replace my base gasket with a quality gasket. I have a pk-80 with billet head and a 0.25" thick head gasket. so I think standard thickness base gasket would be fine.

Thanks. (i did search the forums first and didnt find anything)

would be nice if someone made a standard information sticky...

I assume you mean that you have a .025" head gasket 1/4" is kind of thick. the base gasket on mine looks pretty thick like maybe .040" to .060" range but i haven't measured it. one trick to making a gasket is to coat either the crankcase opening or the bottom of the cylinder with anti seize or machinist blue or grease or something similar and then press the gasket material onto it. you should then be able to trace the grease on the gasket material with a razor blade.
