Just a quicky, on a huasheng or honda i expect. to make it easier to start your engine while riding, move the position of the pull handle, one bolt hole clockwise. The handle is now forward, and a doddle to start on the move and still sitting on the saddle. just pull straight up. I find it usefull when peddaling, and see a hill coming up. As these engines start on the first pull. Well mine does.

I've tried that on my bike before, but I found the original position better. I guess it depends on your riding position and setup.
