Where to get

So I am done dealing with wheel issues I bought a 18" moped wheel and will be installing it soon. I am having a little trouble finding a tire that is like this one Michelin Gazelle M62 Moped Tire - Scooter - Motorcycle Superstore but that is a 2.25-18" which is what my wheel is. Does any one know of a good website to purchase such a tire and tube and secondly does anyone know if the 3.0-18" will work on my 2.25 rim? Thanks and out.

So does anyone know if it will be ok to use the 3.0 on my 2.25 rim, I am worried about having rim roll or something any in advice will be good
