Hey y'alls,
I recently rebuilt the "Deep Purple"....reamed and polished the chamber of a head off of an old Raw motor I had lying around....added an extra crunch plate to it for some additional clearance, swapped to an NGK 8 plug....removed the stupid insert in the exhaust pipe ....still running the old 44 tooth on the disc brake adapter ....added a new front disc brake....got rid of the fenders and lowered the seat.....I also hacked off an inch from the handlebars for a more tight ride ....so far it's blazing .....a 49 Zoom with a speed carb.....cruises around 30 with absolutely no issues ...( notice how short the plug wire is ) .....these things are just plain damn fun !
