So I was just visiting an old friend who happens to have a large peice of land and a glory of an old junk yard. He just pulled a 40's western flyer out of an old building that fell down. The paint is all but gone, but the metal is in great shape with just a thin layer of surface rust. I am trying to get him to sell it, he said he'll have to think about it. This is not a pic of the actual bike but one I found online, the one I'm looking at only has one of the headlights, and the rubber is gone. However everything else is identical.
