I tried a lot of different muffler end cap fixes, and in the end they all kept falling off one way or another.

I jb welded a soda can to the end and then put a screw threw that, and the screw loosened and it eventually fell off,

then i went to using a washer with some drilled holes in it like some people had done, this worked for a while but eventually the screw loosened and the washer fell off.

i couldn't figure out what was happening, after trying a few different screws in the existing hole i realized that the threading had worn thin.

so i was like F**K screws,

1.Bought one metal pipe fitting from my local auto parts store, they have it with all the other muffler stuff. $2-$4

2.used some QUIKsteel i had at the house.

3.sanded and fit them together.

4. used vice grip to bend to desired width (tried a few)

the pipe used to not be closed and had a cat food can with holes inside (this would work if you used a washer), but that melted away, so i closed off the end. its very secure and runs great,

slightly louder than stock end cap, but i need the little extra boost for going up hills (200 pound rider)
