I think it's that size. My digital calipers broke. It's on a CB-110 wheel I got from pirate. I checked their site and it says its that size.....
Still looking - also need a few other parts. Feel free to hit me up - needing petcock, chain, throttle, clutch handle.
Also have a few spare parts of my own if anyone interested - two bottom ends
One has stripped head bolt. One top end with strait plug cylinder head. All parts are from 80cc engines
