Adding handlebar risers to triple trees

Has anyone added/fabricated any handlebar risers to a stock pair of triple tree forks from say bicycledesigner, or similar? I've not seen them in person, but the idea would be to either weld on riser bases, or simply make it ready for bolt-on applications. I really like the moto influence of going without a stem. I had a pair of OCC Stingray chopper forks which follow this idea, but the yoke is pretty cheap... Thanks!
