Gorgeous bike, please identify it as I may have to have one. Remember that this is still a bicycle and personally, I would never take it up to highway speed. But I'm old and crumbly, and sensible.

That's where reinforcing the obvious breaking points under power - the rims and brakes (reinforced steel rims, preferably a little fatter to take the added power, disk brakes both front and rear) - along with putting the necessary lights and a place to put a tag on it, as it would be a bike to motorcycle conversion, would come in, in addition to a footrest on the front. As for turboing it, a separate lube system for the turbo seems like it would be a better idea than using the engine oil pressure to me.
I could have a blast on a light frame and 206cc of Briggs flathead power, carbed and NA, or EFI and turbocharged. I'd also see if I can't have the block exposed, and still have a way to protect the flywheel, as well as seeing about making it kickstart.
