Just popping in for the customary 'hello'! Recently started diving into the world of motorized bikes, and my rusty Schwinn project was just completed. I believe I am hooked, and figured this forum would be a wealth of knowledge! Heres a few pictures of my bike.. How I found it (rusting away in a junk yard) and its current 'completed' state..

So Hello from Oklahoma!

This shows a little of the build. We have one very small leak to fix, and then I will see what the total volume is. Pat fabricated the tank, and we used the original Schwinn "tank" to go on the sides of the actual tank.

Cool, I did the same thing with a new Columbia.

Except I used the fake tank sides as part of the real tank.
It held 1.3 gallons.

I used this to seal it up.

Man, that stuff is expensive and not the least bit friendly to work with, but it sure seals things up inside.
