I took my Dragon Fire (Super Rat) engine off to fit a SbP shift kit. Now that it's back on, the clutch won't disengage for some mysterious reason. When I push on the lever that the clutch cable attaches to (the part on the engine), there is no resistance- no springback, nothing. The rod that is supposed to be pushed is still in place. HELP!!:-||

+1 for solving your own problem! My clutch bucking bar had no ball bearing on the end. I put it on and works fine now. .shft.
Not uncommon. Good for you for finding the problem. Many new builders don't know the ball bearing is in there. It falls out, they loose it and then the clutch doesn't work.
Thanks for reminding us it's a common mistake. Glad you found the problem.

You did remember to lubricate those parts well with a good grade of bearing grease?
