I had to weld a spacer onto the sprocket to clear my 2.3 tires. It needed a 1/4" before it stoped rubbing the wide tires. I also used a thick washer between the brake arm and the frame to space the frame out a bit as well. Now I have about a 1/16" clearance between the tire and between the frame!
