Used a piece of 4 inch tubing that I got from cutting the ends off an old bus shock. Cut 4 triangles out of each end using a little math so that when the remaining 4 pieces were folded in they would equal somewhere between .75 and 1 inch diameter.

Used an old handlebar to make the header pipe, length is about 20"(very rough measurement). The inlet cone is 6" long and the outlet cone is about 3.5" or so.

Ran it first with no muffler at all and just about gave my lady a heart attack haha **** was loud and ran ok, but I think I'm having a fuel delivery issue with my NT carb. Anyways it was outrageously loud so I welded the muffler on the end and it sounds much better.

With the length of the header pipe this thing gave me amazing acceleration all the way through about 3/4 at which part she starts pinging, kinda like 4 stroking but my plug looks amazing tan light mocha color so I think my float is not keeping up with the flow cuz if I let off for a few seconds it'll art flying for a tiny bit then bog back down.

Anyways I'm pretty pleased with this pipe as it is my first one and it works good, though I may shorten the header pipe for more top end later on. Pics below.
