I bought the macargi tahiti, and ezm kit. Too much cutting for me. Too tight a fit in my opinion. I'm going with the felt bixby check em out. Phantom bikes builds custom motor mounts for the felts. Lots of engine room. Probably moving soon to lake Charles, casino business. That's why the location question. Putting a 2 stroke on my macargi just for the **** of it, 4 stroke for the felt bixby.

For what's it worth in advice...

Other than a SBP 4-stroke shift kit 4-stroke motor mount platform that will just drop in most of my 4-stroke builds, and considering the bikes I like to use for 4-stroke direct drive you simply have to lower the chain guard, drop the platform on top of it, then drill your own motor mount holes.

For the latest Gasbike Shyhawk 4-stroke mounted direct drive on a Macagri 7-S that means a lot of work, easy work if you can measure but work none the less.

Pull it off however and you make yourself one heck of a great ride like this one I just finished test riding today.

I usually put a 2-stroke exhaust on these to let it breath and put the exhaust to the ground but didn't on this one but that doesn't mean I skimped but I guess the pics tell that story.

Ya, the choke lever hits the top bar but not enough to have to cut it off though I like the idea of a pin in it's place, bummer it is one piece that goes all the way down to actually do the work and not just a handle but you use what get.

For this particular bike and kit you need to move the motor over and 1" forward than the base slots and extend the back base out as far it goes.

My pics are 1280 so if you click them you can see it up up close.
I hope that helps you and the next guy ;-}

When it comes to the torque converter I have worked with the stage 3 three gear with a disengage lever, the stage 4 with the lame no housing cover bracket to hold the clutch bell in place and the newer enclosed ones, and the stage 5 dual chain one.

For me the new Skyhawk stage 4 V belt drives are awesome.
