home made mini bike with 66cc china bike motor
not suitable for kids, very powerfull
quiet erish muffler.
gio pocket bike frame and front wheel with forks, donated from wreak.
rear wheel maybe from honda ct70?
the seat is a surplus head rest off exercise equipment.
forks extended, frame chopped and modified to fit bicycle motor kit
all work done with 3 power tools
110 volt wire feed flux core welder
4 1/2 angle grinder with zip metal cutoff blade
and electric drill ------- 2 pictures in Introduce Yourself

Man I love minibikes..
I think it's the first one that I've seen using the HT motor.
That's quite an ingenious set up you've got.
What rear gear are you running?
Any idea on it's top speed?

Boy did I used to get in a lot of trouble back in the day when I had
a minibike as a kid.

Have a good time on that thing and stay out of trouble.
The cops around my way would have your arse if you get caught on the street.
Good job on the build.

using standard 44 tooth sprocket
guess 15 -20 mph about 1/2- 26 inch wheel
don't want speed want pulling power
seemed fast fun
pulls 200 lbs with ease with lots left

That's a real beauty! The only thing I would do to it (if it were mine), is trim that clutch cable before it sticks into your ankle or thereabouts. Nice build!

yes but i don't want to modify bike engine kit except muffler .
might sell frame and put motor on bike when i find one that suits me.trk
