Nice job with the motor, that's a pretty tight frame to work in. I'm assuming the duct-tape tank mount is temporary. ;) I'd take a few links out of the chain though, it looks like you can spare them. Not sure what you've got going on with the tensioner there. The wheel needs to be able to spin when the chain travels over it, so the zip-tie confuses me a little.
