what I do is , take a small screw driver and insert the tip just under the grip and spray a little wd-40 , then try and move the screw driver around and in between the handle bar and grip. I 've heard also if you dont have any wd-40 around , the screw driver in between bar and grip and hit it with compressed air works too! (2) the clutch lever is more or less a brake lever , if it's a new style it may have a spring loaded button on top of it for disengaging the clutch ( it will hold your lever in torward bars). (3) can you relocate your cdi box so the wires are closer? (4) Its really important to keep the two sprockets aligned ,when you mount the rear sprocket use the rubber donuts that are supplied , use one on the inside and outside of spokes , it sandwiches the spokes for a tighter fit. and also the sprocket must be true with with the wheel as close as possible.
