What is the highest quality twist throttle out there? Is it available by itself? If not, is there a preferred choice of moped/motorcycle throttles to maybe lift one from?

I wouldn't know what is the best, but I do know of one which is better than those supplied with the kits. Look on ebay under mini bike throttles. I think they're pretty good for the money. They look nice and the throttle tube is metal, grips are pretty comfortable.
