I am a new member and was wondering if the Grubee GT5 would be a good choice for my first bike project? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have used many GT5 and many others as well. In my opinion the quality is the same no matter what you go with. As Nougat pointed out, it is best to go with the Vendor that has the best customer service.
