I have been searching and seen a few of these but I'm not sure which one is for me. I have the huasheng 5/8" straight shaft motor and the clutch drum is 78mm I believe. Can anyone tell me what numbers I need other than width,depth,and bore. Or does the clutch drum from agk for the 79cc work on this motor?

11 teeth on the drum sprocket or less if possible.

Please help! I'm dying without a freewheel!!:-||

I'm pretty sure the tapered shaft motors use the 78mm clutch.

I just measured a 5/8 clutch and got:
O.D.: 3 1/4 inches = 82.55 millimeters

I would give AGK a call to confirm or maybe Max-Torque.

Thanks for the info B-E. I had no idea so that's why I can't find what I need!

I will call AGK and post an update.

BTW that was for the clutch and not the drum, I'm getting approx. (tape measure):

I.D. Clutch Drum: 3 5/16 inches = 84.1375 millimeters

Called AGK,no answer. Email sent. Calling rebel gears next.

Anyone buy from bmi.com ? They sell clone motor parts,but all of it looks like its for the hf79cc and hf99cc motors.

Do the parts they sell fit the huasheng azbill! I really need to find the right clutch drum. Otherwise I'm going to take the clutch out and put a solid drive sprocket on the motor shaft. The reason for this is I had to J.B. Weld the one way bearing and now I have no freewheel.

Measure the shaft, if it's 5/8" it's easy to put a max-torque type clutch on it. if it's 15mm it can be done with a shim but it's better to use the right clutch. Did the clutch you have go with a gearbox? The 4G uses a clutch a bit larger than the 78mm. You can usually find that one at the venders that carry 4G parts.

Yes gator,I know this. However,I don't need a replacement drum,I need one that fits in the 4G tranny AND it has to have a chain sprocket,not a timing pulley. Know what I mean,jellybean?
