I need a sprocket mounting option that will prevent me ripping out all my spokes again. labrat says the grubee HD hubs fail quite frequently but the price point is good, what are my options? Opinions on the hd hub?

If there are no "cheap" sprocket solutions (~$50-60) then i may as well do a shift kit. I can pick one up for $140 and the benefits of low gearing +high gearing would more than justify the price difference of $100 sprocket adapter (after shipping of course)

HI,

I have not had personal experience w/ the Grubee hubs but I have heard that they are fairly beefy (although somewhat heavy).

We have made plenty of sprockets for Grubee's freewheel and non freewheel hubs.
