Started loosing power all of a sudden and knew I must have had a leak in my carb from reading post earlier.
I pulled her over because she just cut off on my a couple times after starting it back up and I notice that the carb is cracked where it attaches to the manifold. The clamp to tighten it around the manifold is basically usless now so I ZIP TIED it! Yea carry zip ties..they are a life saver..and carry multiple sizes.
So I'm in the market for a replacement carburetor..any recommendations guys?
I have a skyhawk GT5 with a CNS high performance carb. Check my photo album for pics of her..SHE's BEAUTIFUL!!
I've been out of the loop for a while on the forum because she's been running like a champ.

Whatever you do don't try to fix your old carburetor with...JB Weld :( I'm sure someone will suggest that sooner or later.
