Hello everyone. I have started my new build as you can see by the title. I purchased a 99 cc pred for $84.24 tax included with a coupon i printed from a member on this forum.I stripped off the tin, fabricated a mount from 1/8 steel plate and started rough fitting the two on the bike. This is a snug fit to say the least. There is going to be little room to adjust the motor as the chain stretches but it will work. My question is this,As I am committed to useing a jackshaft in order to use the bikes gears,I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on the best location to mount the shaft.I am planning on useing a stoker from a bike built for two, with a freewheel on the jackshaft in case I have to pedal without the motor.Any suggestions will be listened to..shft..shft..flg.
