So in regards to practical mode of transport I dont think I will be using my engine kit to go anywhere I cant afford to be stranded. So heres what I had in mind: I want to fabricate some sort of big wheel design with a rear passenger seat. Does anyone know of anywhere a person could go to use shop equipment so i could cut out labor costs? also please pitch any design ideas you might have.

I've used mine to get to and from work a few times, which for me is 8 miles each way. This is in the Seattle area, where there are hills, and despite the "monkey" in my screen name, I am more like the 300lb gorilla. So figuring in all these factors, I am quite impressed with the performance and reliability of these little contraptions.

I should add, that there is a bus route going the same path so it's not like I didn't have a "back up" plan, but I've never had to use it.
