I'm working on a new build with a 6.5 HP Honda, and would like a nice top speed of approximately 45 mph, but still maintain the ability to climb hills, but really I'd just like to be able to cruise at 30-35. I don't think it's unreasonable with a 6.5 HP Honda, and I'm pretty sure I can get away with not removing the governor for those speeds.

I'll be using a comet TAV2, and the drive ratios are supposedly 0.90:1 high ratio, 2.68:1 low ratio. I'd like to not have to add another jackshaft behind the TAV, so what size rear sprocket gear should I use to achieve the goal? (The gear coming off the TAV will be 10t)

I've done some separate calculations to see what I could come up with, but I'd like to bounce some ideas off some of your heads to see if there are other (better?) options. I also think I'm out to lunch on my calculations...
