How cold is it where you live? Here in Newnan Ga it is 16° at 7:15 pm. Paul please dont tell how warm it is on the V.I.

12 in Denver and seven inches of snow left over from the weekend that won't melt.
We skirted the edge of that blast but the midwest is getting the brunt. Sorry to our Mid-America members.
Did you see the high waves in England and France" 27 foot waves? They're getting pounded too.

-9 with -24 wind chill... was -31 wind chill when I got up this morning. Oh & about a foot of snow saturday night/sunday.

I ever mention... I hate winter

Was 4* this morning with the wind howl'n..........really, when it gets below 10*, it's not even worth checking ---- it's just freak'n cold!!

I checked a few locations in Florida, its 35° in Panama City and 43° in Jacksonville. The forecasted low for Orlando is 30°, I wonder when was the last time it was that cold there?

We haven't got the cold, but the rain keeps falling and the ground everywhere is soaked. The little brook by where I live is now a decent river, flowing at about 20 tons a second at the moment, and merrily creating new geography as it wears away at the banks.

There are places where evacuation has happened already, and more to come. Part of the flooding is down to accountants and clerks thinking dredging rivers and clearing drainage systems was an unnecessary public expense.
