so i just got my latest bike fitted with a pk 80 and it will run but won't idle. i took the carb off another bike with a bgf motor kit and everything runs fine. i put the suspect carb on the other bike that i knew ran well and got the same condition. i inspected the carb, made sure everything was tight but still stalls on idle. the idle adjust needle has no effect on it. when i had both carbs apart i noticed that the main needles where very different. one is blunt and round the other is tapered to a point. dunno what my my next move is.
