NT carb AIR LEAK. I sprayed intake/head & Intake/carb with O-ring w. no changes.
A general shot on the carb bogs it down. Yes, I deflected the air intake.
HINT: Idles but at higher rpm. Starting fluid bogs engine. {have upgraded plug & gapped properly}.

OK. So the tickler primer is supposed to have air through it. I will block it off and see where that leaves me. It is curious that starting fluid vapor bogs the engine.
