clutch gear size?

I've been looking on some of the post at the white wire lighting set up, and was trying to find a way around it.

I'm looking to find out what the gear size of the clutch would be?
my idea is to fix a electric motor to the gear under the carb. to produce
low volt dc for some leds, but at the same time try and use it as an electric start.

any ideas are welcome
