I have a bike thats been sitting for a couple of months in my garage. Today I had the chance to take out the motor and transfer the motor to another bike. Installment ran smooth except now the bike's clutch wont engage. Could it be because it has no lubrication whatsoever due to the fact the the tank has been dry for a couple of months or is there anything wrong with the clutch. Help is really needed thanks.

Unhook the clutch cable and see if it engages. You may have the cable too tight. If that's the case, then hook the cable back up, and just pull any slack out of the cable, but no more than that. No gas/oil in the tank won't make any difference with your clutch.
