When you deal with BGF just be ready to hit the dispute button with PayPal. If there's a problem do it immedeately, it tends to get his attention. Don't drop the dispute until sastified. If you don't Ricky will drag things out for a summer...

Yeah it was really my fault for not knowing the details before I bought from him. I now buy my engines and parts from sellers here. I gave that guy over $600.00 dollars in business for three kits I bought and parts and accessories. After spending all that money with him he still gives me the shaft with no key. Thanks for the input by the way on the installation of the part. I consider my self mechanically inclined and have good tools to work with. What ever I don't have for the installation is what I was concerned in case I needed to go out and pick up new tools. Thanks for all the info
