I've got that same billet velocity stack/air filter combo made by ADA Racing. It works very well and is quieter than most. To increase the airflow when I installed it on a 4-stroke, I simply drilled a 5/8" hole in the center of the cover plate and ran one thicker open-cell foam filter rather than the 2-piece, two stage filter that it came with. Looking very nice!
