Anyone here into the open source movement, and or possibly involved with GPL copyright shuffle?

Basically i was thinking why not get something going on the lines of a publicly developed and sustained development of these wonder machines? their a whole lotta fun, have some great applications in the real world for changing peoples lives in a positive way, and are a sure fire way to start a simular support industry like the many flavors of open ingenuity.

I'm not quite sure what you are specifically referring to, motorbicycling.com itself is based on the premise of the free and open exchange of ideas and innovations, problem solving and the general advancement of all motorized bicycle related projects.

We condone, even actively encourage an "open source" type of product development by members and staff alike and actually take great pride in the number of freely offered and documented research and development topics available here, though it's sadly true that the engines and drivetrains themselves tend to be highly proprietary and guarded by various copyrights, and with some cause.
