I was going to replace my stock head with a slant head however my stock one had 6mm holes the slant has 8mm and it only just squeezes on! just wondering if this is a good idea or a bad idea? i'm pretty sure my piston won't hit the head with just one base gasket and one head gasket. my piston only comes level with the cylinder and is flat. any input appreciated...

And probably a head gasket leak.

I like the straight plug heads better anyway. all the engines i've built are faster and rarely blow gaskets.

the angled heads warp, have less cooling, and the only advantage to them is if your motor doesn't fit with a straight plug. all the performance claims, from my experience (and many others) are bs.
