Carburetor keeps popping off?

Got my bike to finally ride. Yay
But after every 30 seconds or even less the carb will pop off! I have screwed the screw in as tight as it will go while holding the bolt on the other side. Anyone know whats up?
It is a 66cc 2 stroke engine with an NT carb (the black skull one)

After you tighten it can you spin it around????

Put a little rtv silicone carefully on the intake manifold and put the carb back on.... Let it dry overnight........

I have my CNS carb held on with zip ties. One tie loose around the carb. One loose around the front frame tube. Then one pulled tight between the two. It can't back off.
