Jet 66cc

Several websites feature the Jet 66cc slant engine. My question- are these all the same or is the Jet 66cc like a model of which there may be several mfrs? Is the bikeberry the same as the kings so on and on?
Bikeberry has alot of good reviews while some other sites may have none. How do you know whom makes what?
