Im considering swapping my rear wheel setup to a single speed coaster brake setup from pirate cycles. Im not sure if the wheel and hub setup will fit between the dropouts of the old huffy mountain bike frame im running. Any suggestions?

Pinch the chain stays/ seat stays inwards. If you want to make the pinch a permanent bend do so carefully so as to keep the wheel centered in the frame. If the frame is aluminum, disregard the above suggestion. Aluminum is finicky and does not like to be bent like that, can get weakened.
